Requirements

Ability to work in the office at least three days per week (including Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with flexibility up to five days based on needs, emergencies, training, or policy changes

Responsibilities

Document business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards within SAP Signavio Process Modeling to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational process improvement objectives
Work collaboratively with teams to identify and implement enhancements to existing policies, procedures, instructions, systems, etc., that improve operational discipline
Analyze and identify current process gaps using observations, data collection, data analysis, process ideologies, and communication with management and frontline staff
Measure the effectiveness of current state processes, systems, etc., as well as benefits gained through implemented enhancements
Lead cross-functional teams on complex process improvement engagements
Identify issues, root causes, strategies for improvement, and develop implementation and sustainment plans
Develop summaries of findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review and approval
Effectively apply various continuous improvement tools and operating discipline to drive assigned initiatives to positive outcomes
Effectively manage assigned process improvement initiatives, including scope, resources, schedules, implementation, and measurables
Develop and maintain tools, applications, and systems critical to process improvement initiatives
Develop tools and leverage technology to share relevant information with stakeholders, enabling business units to learn from process defects, reduce future reoccurrence, and improve personnel mindset
Develop action plans and processes, in coordination with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, for integrating activities and optimizing department resources to meet major goals and objectives
Evaluate, design, and manage process improvement initiatives to enhance Eversource resource performance
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements
Collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures focused on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced costs
Work closely with internal resources to assess critical business processes, tools, and resources to identify and prioritize process improvements
