Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute partnership programs and initiatives (e.g., partner promotions, integration rollouts, co-marketing efforts) with department director and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align resources, timelines, and messaging
  • Support Partner Enablement Managers with assets, tools, and internal communication for their programs and campaigns
  • Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, and process documentation to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable
  • Monitor program progress and performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Anticipate needs and coordinate creation of resources (e.g., sales collateral, internal training, partner-facing assets) for launches
  • Drive day-to-day execution as needed (e.g., organizing partner webinars, coordinating pilot launches, managing campaign rollouts)
