Requirements
- BA/BS degree in technical or business fields or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in program or project management
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in an agile, extremely high-volume, and fast-paced product environment, with the capacity to juggle multiple competing priorities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining organizational processes and systems
- Proven self-starter and ability to manage well-scoped projects and drive execution from start to finish
- Effective collaborator with excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities
- Serve as the core operational lead for the GeminiApp DS team, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows, and proactively identifying and solving operational bottlenecks
- Drive the execution and governance of recurring insights reviews and reports (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly cadence), ensuring key product stakeholders are aligned and informed, and rigorously track review cadence, insights pipeline, next steps, and action items
- Lead efforts to foster internal team culture, streamline onboarding for new hires, and enhance the overall team experience by coordinating team events like offsites, All Hands, and local outings
- Support the process for articulating the team's impact and story to XFN partners and executive leadership across Google, including supporting the narrative around key findings and strategic contributions
