Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a digital or e-commerce environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and timelines while driving cross-functional alignment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of synthesizing information and creating & optimizing processes
  • Experience with tools and frameworks for program tracking (e.g., roadmaps, dashboards, ppt)
  • Highly collaborative mindset with a track record of influencing and partnering effectively across stakeholder groups
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into actionable plans and communicating updates to leadership
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively address challenges
  • Adept at problem-solving and identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Thorough understanding of program management standards, concepts, and principles
  • Ability to independently manage small to moderate programs
  • Ability to proactively manage program execution by tracking dependencies, risks, and schedules
  • Understanding of requirements gathering, prioritization, and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Ability to leverage data to evaluate program performance, communicate progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize planning processes that streamline intake, prioritization, and execution of initiatives
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans and workback schedules, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes
  • Create transparency across roadmaps by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams
  • Use data to report status, evaluate program performance, and communicate progress using fact-based and relevant insights
  • Develop and deliver artifacts (e.g., Confluence pages, reports, presentations) to track and communicate program progress to stakeholders
  • Support stakeholder alignment by organizing meetings, synthesizing inputs, and managing follow-ups to ensure accountability
  • Facilitate process efficiencies to enable the Senior Manager to focus on strategy by managing operational details and logistics
  • Develop training materials and documentation to educate teams on processes, new features, and functionality
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance program management and delivery
  • Lead operational planning and program management to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives
  • Manage workflows, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across teams (Digital Merchandising, Product Management, XD, Analytics, and Technology)
