Requirements

Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end, including developing and managing detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource assignments
- Engage stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, track progress, ensure quality deliverables, resolve challenges, and lead teams to success
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure of open items; clearly communicate status to all levels of stakeholders
- Oversee multiple related projects within a larger strategic objective, managing interdependencies to align with program and strategic goals
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Prioritize project agenda topics, manage action items, prepare materials, and coordinate project-related activities
- Plan for critical meetings, including schedule management, pre-work, meeting topics, supporting materials, and follow-ups
- Utilize project management tools and software for efficient tracking and reporting
