Candidates must have 10-15 years of experience in program management and familiarity with Army/Pentagon politics. Former Military or GS-15 experience is preferred. Experience with program funding in the DoD, mission justifications, and POMs is required, along with significant experience supporting executive and general officer-level briefings. Additionally, candidates should have experience in Rapid Development management, user story-based backlogs, and managing software development programs in an Agile environment. A PMP certification and a US Government clearance at the Secret or TS level are also required.
The Program Manager will oversee program management activities, ensuring compliance with government contracts and requirements. They will support executive and general officer-level elements and conduct briefings. The role includes managing program funding and justifications within the DoD and leading software development initiatives using Agile methodologies.
