Responsibilities

  • Understands the scope of programs as defined by business requirements and budget process; participates in key planning milestones
  • Identifies, confirms, and obtains participation from required cross-functional teams; works with team members and Strategic Business Initiative (SBI)
  • Builds program plans and maintains program records; identifies and schedules all work for end-to-end deployment; manages program critical path and dependencies
  • Facilitates development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders and core team; obtains and assigns resources via Clarity
  • Supports budget and resource forecasting process
  • Analyzes risks, manages critical paths, establishes contingency plans, identifies trigger events, initiates corrective actions, and escalates to SBI as needed
  • Works with leadership and core team to identify program tradeoffs balancing scope, time, and costs; ensures proper documentation
  • Tracks and manages program schedule and dependencies; analyzes performance against plan, makes adjustments, resolves action items, ensures milestones and timelines are met; documents major changes
  • Communicates updates on milestones, progress, and issues to stakeholders; manages proposed changes with Enterprise Program Management and Program Managers
  • Monitors and ensures quality of program deliverables; develops and monitors deployment schedules, strategies, and tools with core team and field resources
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
