Requirements

Program/Project management experience with strong ability to prioritize
Experience tracking multiple projects with underlying tasks & milestones
Strong business partnership ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Proficiency with project management tools: Asana, Jira, and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Office-based in Philadelphia, PA (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

Track and manage the Xumo plan of record and support delivery for initiatives shaping the business
Utilize program management skills to take ownership of complex projects and understand business nuances
Understand program scope as defined by business requirements and budget process
Participate in key planning milestones and guide the core Xumo business team from initiation through execution and completion
Identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team members, including matrixed project managers
Create program plans and maintain program record; identify and schedule all work, including critical path management
Assist in developing and implementing key goals, objectives, and success criteria; ensure proper documentation
Identify and analyze risks and issues
Track and manage program schedule and task details; analyze performance against plan and make adjustments
Work with teams to resolve action items, track completion, ensure milestones and timelines are met, and document major plan changes
Communicate updates on major milestones, keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues, and manage changes to program parameters
Monitor and ensure quality of program deliverables
Work with core team and field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedules, strategies, and tools for trials and customer deployments
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to Operating Principles
