Responsibilities

Drives problem resolution and Continuous Improvement on behalf of Program Managers, ensuring closure of actions and working with other functions as necessary
Prepares and maintains Cross-Functional Team (CFT) performance data (delivery, customer satisfaction, quality, etc.), conducts analysis and presents findings and recommendations to Program Managers
Plans, coordinates and prepares advanced materials for customer site visits, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and business reviews, in coordination with Customer Experience Team
Takes the lead on day-to-day customer engagement on tactical matters, including follow-up of overdue Accounts Receivables; full ownership of Customer Review Group (CRG) communication with customer, coordination with CFT, inventory and metric control; engages the customer on CRG and other metric control as well as potentially supporting Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Provides daily customer interface for Purchase Orders (POs), commitment dates, queries and requests; works with Program Manager on coordination of customer Net Promoter Score (cNPS) improvement plan activities in the CFT and with customer
Provides advanced level support to Program Managers to improve delivery performance and enhance customer satisfaction, performance metrics reporting and analysis
Coordinates with Production Supervisors and Team Leads on variances to production plan; independently initiates and coordinates resolution of minor variances with internal functions and customers
