Requirements

High School diploma or equivalency certificate
Minimum of 2 years in a production or operations setting (aerospace, manufacturing, construction, or similar industry)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools; familiarity with data analytics and reporting software is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capable of analyzing data and making informed, timely decisions
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and build positive relationships
Flexibility in shift availability (primarily first shift, occasional alternate shifts on short notice)
Must be willing to undergo background check
Must meet ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

Partner with site leadership to implement and reinforce company policies, procedures, and best practices
Collect, organize, and maintain administrative data; develop clear, data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations
Review supervisor reports for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and facilitate timely resolutions
Maintain and update personnel rosters, shift schedules, and event assignments
Serve as the primary contact for IT-related activities, including basic troubleshooting and asset inventory management
Foster strong communication and collaboration across internal teams and with external partners
Contribute to program development initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance productivity and efficiency
