Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years in a production or operations setting (aerospace, manufacturing, construction, or similar industry)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools; familiarity with data analytics and reporting software is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of analyzing data and making informed, timely decisions
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and build positive relationships
  • Flexibility in shift availability (primarily first shift, occasional alternate shifts on short notice)
  • Must be willing to undergo background check
  • Must meet ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partner with site leadership to implement and reinforce company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collect, organize, and maintain administrative data; develop clear, data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Review supervisor reports for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and facilitate timely resolutions
  • Maintain and update personnel rosters, shift schedules, and event assignments
  • Serve as the primary contact for IT-related activities, including basic troubleshooting and asset inventory management
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across internal teams and with external partners
  • Contribute to program development initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance productivity and efficiency
