  • Comfortable scoping & delivering engagements while building the services capability (ideal)

Responsibilities

  • Tailoring professional services offerings and motion, including packaging & pricing, to the APACx market
  • Managing the scaling of processes for services engagements
  • Positioning, scoping, negotiating, and selling professional services engagements
  • Supporting the delivery strategy that includes both partners and internal resources
  • Identifying new delivery partners in region and supporting onboarding of those partners
  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure the health of professional services
  • Working cross-functionally with stakeholders inside and outside of GTM
  • Handling pre-sales (e.g., scoping & selling PS engagements), post-sales (e.g., engagement delivery), and onboarding/working with delivery partners in region
  • Travel when needed to customer and/or partner office locations
