Responsibilities

  • Manage CSC day-to-day operations (B2B and O2O), ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of NDS demand with aligned service levels
  • Respond flexibly to Nike's business environment and convert upstream requirements into operational execution
  • Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews on service fulfillment and operations, using data insights to identify risks/opportunities and propose actions for accuracy and efficiency
  • Deliver successful NDS moments fulfillment (e.g., National Day Holiday, CNY, Labor Day sales peaks) and develop/improve standard operating processes and service levels
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (MSC/LP/ARO/NDS) and collaborate on cross-functional projects
  • Monitor monthly billing and track actual costs vs. budget plans
  • Drive warehouse operation optimization and collaborate with MSC/ARO/Trans for end-to-end process efficiency
  • Follow NLS methodology to identify and drive process improvement opportunities
  • Conduct effective KPI reviews for 3PL performance, update/evaluate metrics, and implement enhancements
  • Leverage negotiation to motivate 3PL, align them with Nike strategy, and achieve business goals together
  • Manage 3PL contracts
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory, and vendor management
  • Deliver excellent service levels to NDS and enable efficiency through 3PL partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functions to achieve business targets
