Professional Engineer, Civil at TKDA

The salary range is $89,200 - $114,300 per year for candidates with 5-10 years of related experience, and compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.

This is a hybrid work environment with three days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) and two days working from home (Monday and Friday), designed to enhance team collaboration.

Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota (additional state licensure preferred), and 5–10 years of experience in civil/site design and utility infrastructure, plus strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
