Requirements

Candidates should possess a completed secondary education or equivalent, along with several years of experience in a production environment – ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food industry. Strong German language skills (both written and spoken) and basic knowledge of process control systems are required. Fluency in English is beneficial. The ability to work in shifts (3-shift system) is essential, including early shifts (Monday-Friday: 06:00 – 14:15), evening shifts (Monday-Friday: 14:00 – 22:15), and night shifts (Monday-Saturday: 22:00 – 06:15) is necessary. Teamwork, flexibility, conscientiousness, reliability, and independence are also required.

Responsibilities

The Produktionsfacharbeiter will be responsible for cleaning and preparing reusable containers, filling large containers, preparing Diamix (200-liter spundfässer), filling DIAMIX base and solids, cleaning equipment according to hygiene regulations, providing support for the supply of materials, performing general production tasks to ensure patient care, documenting batch papers, carrying out loading and unloading activities, cleaning according to hygiene regulations, Diamix-fässer preparation and repairs, operating pre- and downstream equipment for small container filling, and performing all tasks in accordance with IMS and GMP guidelines.
