High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
Compliance with cleanroom restrictions: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, contact lenses (prescriptive glasses provided)
Ability to stand for full shift (12-hour weekend days: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM Friday through Sunday)
Some degree of PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
Specific gowning: gloves, cleanroom shoes/coverings, hair & beard net, face cover, safety glasses; no piercings, jewelry, makeup, fake/painted nails
Physical agility: standing, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, grasping; forceful gripping, pulling, repetitive motion
Ability to work in fast-paced regulated cleanroom environment (60º-70ºF, >30% humidity, ambient noise), including overtime
Ability to use PPE and understand chemical hygiene (labels, Safety Data Sheets)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to comprehend written materials with words, pictures, and numbers
Proficiency in counting, calculating, and measuring accurately
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities
Consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions individually and as a team

Responsibilities

Produce Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment
Safely carry out production process by following SOPs, Work Instruction Documents (WIDs), blueprints/drawings for assembling, material handling, equipment operating, and packaging goods
Work in production environment: manufacturing/operating machinery, assembling tubing and connectors, packaging and inspecting products according to blueprints and drawings
Use tools and equipment: computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, pallet jacks
Follow safety and cGMP requirements
Pay strong attention to detail, collaborating with upstream/downstream stations to ensure product quality
Maintain accurate documentation in Production Control Documents (PCD)
Participate in improvement activities, including 5S
Work effectively as part of a team, assisting with training and mentoring
Focus on personal development through timely completion of training
Adhere to schedule to meet production goals
