1 or more years manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to report to work on time and work the entire scheduled shift; timely and regular attendance required
Ability to handle and manage stress in a high-volume, fast-paced, complex, and busy environment
Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills with a “can-do” mindset and ability to act
Flexibility to work additional hours, overtime, or rotating 12-hour shifts as needed
Team player attitude; ability to interact positively, professionally, and cooperatively with others
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, GMPs, and general instructions; good communication skills
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
Ability to stand and walk at least 70% of the time
Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds a minimum of 2 times daily, and 30-35 pounds frequently
Ability to squat, kneel, and bend frequently
Ability to work in a cold (40-50 degree) environment and tolerate exposure to flour and yeast
Ability to climb steps and vertical ladders up to 10 feet high frequently
Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with safety standards

Produce high quality products in a safe and healthful manner
Maintain assigned shift attendance
Work in all areas of production and packaging as assigned, including operating machinery, working in close proximity to it, and crossing platforms over it
