The role requires working 12-hour rotating shifts with the flexibility to work additional planned or unplanned hours as business needs dictate, and assigned shift attendance is required.
A high-school degree or equivalent is required, and 1 or more years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
The employee must stand and walk at least 70% of the time, lift/push/pull or carry up to 50 pounds a minimum of 2 times daily (30-35 pounds frequently), squat, kneel, and bend frequently, and work in a cold environment.
The role requires the ability to work as part of a team, assist fellow employees, and interact positively and professionally with others in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong candidates have a high-school degree or equivalent, manufacturing experience, a 'can-do' mindset, strong problem-solving skills, flexibility for overtime, and the physical ability to handle demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
