Production Team Leader at J.M. Smucker

This position pays roughly $33 per hour.

Availability is needed on all 3 shifts (1st: 7am-3pm, 2nd: 3pm-11pm, 3rd: 11pm-7am), with rotation between production operations and primary focus on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Must also have availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must have at least 3 years manufacturing experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role, working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems, excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills, effective time management skills, and previous work in a unionized facility is strongly preferred. HS/GED with related technical training or equipment operation is required, with an Associates Degree preferred.

The role involves coordination, execution, and auditing to achieve results in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and sanitation for a high-speed manufacturing operation, monitoring production under the Shift Supervisor to ensure continual operation of the Bakery.
