At least 3 years manufacturing experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role or related Team Leader/Supervisory experience
Working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems
Excellent communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Effective time management skills
Previous work in a unionized manufacturing facility strongly preferred
HS/GED with related technical training or equipment operation required; Associates Degree preferred
Availability on all 3 shifts (1st: 7am-3pm, 2nd: 3pm-11pm, 3rd: 11pm-7am), with primary focus on 2nd and 3rd shifts; ability to rotate as needed
Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays

Coordination, execution, and auditing to achieve results in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and sanitation for a high-speed manufacturing operation
Under the direction of Shift Supervisor, monitor production to ensure continual operation of the Bakery
