Responsibilities

Develop capacity plans and output forecasts based on customer demand and labor variability
Coordinate production schedules, shift transitions, and daily order requirements
Analyze backlogs, labor efficiency, and productivity metrics to optimize performance
Maintain manufacturing systems and ensure completion of administrative tasks
Select, hire, and evaluate team members; provide ongoing feedback and coaching

Implement training programs and promote compliance with policies and procedures
Lead with integrity, especially during organizational change, promoting resilience and adaptability
Champion Lean Six Sigma initiatives and lead Kaizen events

Manage departmental budgets and expenses in line with business conditions
