1 year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP
Willingness to work 100% on-site, PM shift 10:30pm-7am with flexibility, including off shifts, weekends, and/or holidays
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with high noise levels
Physical demands: regularly talk and hear; frequently stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle/feel, reach with hands/arms, lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally sit, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl; push/pull heavy objects; specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, adjust focus)
Responsibilities
Coach and influence employees under supervision; train and motivate to achieve peak productivity and performance
Directly manage daily activities and long-term objectives of the department, in conjunction with managers across shifts or departments
Conduct thorough investigations to identify and eliminate root causes of manufacturing problems
Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
Ensure staff follows work rules and GMP compliance at all times
Maintain efficiency of production while preserving product integrity and quality
Maintain a safe and productive working environment
Spend majority of time on production floor identifying improvement opportunities, monitoring safety, production, quality, GMP, and corporate standards
Deliver quality products and services through continuous improvement; adhere to company standards and operating procedures
