Responsibilities
The Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift will be responsible for overseeing the overall results of a single shift within a manufacturing operations line, coordinating activities to meet key performance metrics in areas such as Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, Finance, Productivity, and People. They will lead efforts to ensure quality and compliance performance, initiate and manage decisions impacting product quality, manage budget accountability for headcount, overtime, and direct expenses, and track and continuously improve budgetary performance related to key operational metrics.
