The compensation range is $21.00-$22.50 per hour, based on several factors. There's also a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with $500 paid at 6 months and $500 at 1 year of employment, requiring active employment at payout.

This is an onsite full-time position located in Watertown, SD.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (and 40-100 lbs. with assistance), good mechanical aptitude, capability with hand tools, and ability to follow instructions. Key responsibilities involve manufacturing fiberglass components, reading blueprints, maintaining a clean work area, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety policies.
