Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Internship or academic project experience in sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a leadership role
High-potential individual with a growth mindset and a desire to build a career in sourcing

Responsibilities

Support Cost Reduction Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
Assist in Supplier Development: Help evaluate and onboard new suppliers, especially in strategic regions like India, ensuring alignment with technical and regulatory requirements
Contribute to Project Execution: Participate in sourcing-related projects such as supplier transfers and cost-out initiatives, learning project management fundamentals
Learn Risk Mitigation Strategies: Support efforts to identify and reduce supplier risks by analyzing market trends and working with engineering and sourcing teams
Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies
Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction
Impact quality of own work and the work of others on the team
Focus on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline
Rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations
