Responsibilities

  • Support Cost Reduction Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
  • Assist in Supplier Development: Help evaluate and onboard new suppliers, especially in strategic regions like India, ensuring alignment with technical and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to Project Execution: Participate in sourcing-related projects such as supplier transfers and cost-out initiatives, learning project management fundamentals
  • Learn Risk Mitigation Strategies: Support efforts to identify and reduce supplier risks by analyzing market trends and working with engineering and sourcing teams
  • Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies
  • Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction
  • Impact quality of own work and the work of others on the team
  • Focus on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline
  • Rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations
