Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a Science discipline
Experience in a Laboratory/Manufacturing environment with good working knowledge of laboratory techniques (advantage)
Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as HPLC / UPLC, analytical balance, pH meter, pipettes, fume hoods, spectrophotometers, etc
Intensive knowledge of GMP and safety practices
Use of Oracle or an equivalent ERP system (advantage)

Responsibilities

Manufacture Immunoassay Diagnostic Reagents
Manufacture Conjugates
Complete in process testing of IA Diagnostic Reagents
Work with technical operations, validation and other relevant departments to lead the implementation of new processes and process improvements, including validation activities
Delegate for department Supervisor when required
Daily update of the +QDIP board and present at daily management
Implement a DBS visual aid to help in the tracking of projects for the department
