Requirements

Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
One (1) year of related experience preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of activities
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
Computer experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn Plexus Data Collection and MRP/ERP systems
Familiarity with general office equipment and materials
Ability to travel less than 40%

Responsibilities

Understand overall capacity loading requirements and needs of the factory
Establish and review the production schedule to meet customer commitments and the needs of Plexus
Monitor the amount of material released to prevent excess inventory
Monitor production schedule performance to ensure the plan is on track and resolve any exceptions
Resolve challenges through detailed instruction, policy, and procedures
