Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • One (1) year of related experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
  • Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
  • Computer experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to learn Plexus Data Collection and MRP/ERP systems
  • Familiarity with general office equipment and materials
  • Ability to travel less than 40%

Responsibilities

  • Understand overall capacity loading requirements and needs of the factory
  • Establish and review the production schedule to meet customer commitments and the needs of Plexus
  • Monitor the amount of material released to prevent excess inventory
  • Monitor production schedule performance to ensure the plan is on track and resolve any exceptions
  • Resolve challenges through detailed instruction, policy, and procedures
