Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift 40-50 lbs. without assistance
Compliance with cleanroom standards: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc
Willingness to wear PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
Ability to stand for extended periods and operate machinery in a dynamic environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels
Must pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
Availability for 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday), overtime, and occasional weekend shifts
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of teamwork and collaboration
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Previous experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
Familiarity with continuous extrusion or textile knitting operations beneficial
Experience collaborating with safety and quality regulations beneficial
