Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift 40-50 lbs. without assistance
  • Compliance with cleanroom standards: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc
  • Willingness to wear PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and operate machinery in a dynamic environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
  • Availability for 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday), overtime, and occasional weekend shifts
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of teamwork and collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with continuous extrusion or textile knitting operations beneficial
