Requirements

  • M. Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
  • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in API preferably cGMP
  • Knowledge of Process, Equipment & Quality System
  • Basic knowledge of Computer System Operation
  • Required Competencies: Production Management, Execution as per plan, Handling & Troubleshooting of Equipment & process
  • Hands on experience of ERP & DCS System

Responsibilities

  • Execution of production plan using pre-approved procedures, protocols & manufacturing records to comply cGMP & EHS norms
  • Ensuring cleaning of area & equipment
  • Escalation of issues / failures to Superior
  • Handling DCS Operation & issues escalation in timely manner
  • Actively participate & support in the investigation of deviations/OOS/OOT & provide support to production for defining Corrective & Preventive Actions
  • Actively participate in Audits: Regulatory Inspections/ Internal Audits etc
  • Responsible to train new joiners for on-job trainings
  • Looking after Tank Farm Area: Unloading & Loading of Tanker along with Planning by involving Supply Chain Team
  • Reconciliation of Liquid RM. Creation of Purchase Orders. Batch preparations & closer with required documentations
  • RM Requisitions, Raw Material Dispensing
  • Knowledge of Quality Related Documentation like SOP, BMR, BPR, Validation & Qualification
