Requirements

Effective leadership skills for managing Factory Supervisors and manufacturing teams
Strong focus on product quality, on-time delivery (OTD), and factory production efficiency
Experience in developing and executing continuous improvement initiatives
Expertise in operational planning, product quality assurance, and staff management/development
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication within the factory and with site associates/management
Knowledge of manufacturing metrics (e.g., OTD, scrap reduction, yield, productivity, inventory)
Skills in resource planning and management, including driving engagement, performance monitoring, and disciplinary actions
Capability to drive cross-training for labor flexibility and efficiency
Proficiency in ensuring compliance with customer requirements, Plexus standards, RBA compliance, and workplace health and safety
Experience leading Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for defects/rejects
Commitment to driving customer service excellence and LEAN principles (e.g., labor efficiency, layout, 6S)

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership to Factory Supervisors within a specific market sector
Execute production schedules to meet KPIs, including strategies for OTD, scrap reduction, yield, productivity, and inventory
Participate in Operation Review meetings
Develop and retain a multi-level results-focused team
Drive engagement, monitor operators' performance, and take disciplinary actions as needed
Drive cross-training of manufacturing teams for maximum labor flexibility and efficiency
Lead and drive RCCA for defects/rejects produced by the team
Drive customer service excellence culture within areas of control
Ensure RBA compliance and address workplace health and safety issues
Sponsor and drive implementation of continuous improvement and LEAN programs (e.g., labor efficiency, OTD, quality improvement, layout, 6S) aligned with metrics
