Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of the MycoWay (MycoWorks’ novel manufacturing work system)
Drive a “Zero Defect” culture, particularly in Safety and Quality
Create and execute annual Master Plans and 30-60-90 Day Plans
Execute the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, focusing on eliminating chronic production losses
Lead the Daily Direction Setting process, creating and executing a “plan for the day” addressing previous day’s losses and incorporating actions to address chronic losses and capability gaps
Conduct Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly gap analyses to validate plan progress, adjusting as needed
Coach and develop direct reports in leadership, process understanding, and technical knowledge (using the Learn-Do-Teach methodology)
Foster a winning culture within the production area
