Requirements

Ability to work 3rd shift (11:15pm-7:45am, Monday through Friday)
Follow all company Sanitation standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning equipment and facility
Perform pre-inspection of clean equipment before requesting supervisor approval
Complete all required sanitation and work order documentation
Maintain all sanitation related equipment including cleaning carts and tools, automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, foamers, cleaning equipment and tools
Keep cleaning supplies stocked, on-hand and organized
Perform other duties as assigned by the sanitation supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversight and involvement in cleaning and sanitization processes for food processing equipment and food processing facilities
Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures
Completely clean and sanitize processing and production equipment and assigned areas of the plant to meet sanitation standards efficiently during short time periods between production shifts
Work with the maintenance team to align cleaning schedule with their equipment work
Follow master cleaning schedule/checklist and standard operating procedures to maintain food safety standards
