Requirements

Ability to work 3rd shift (11:15pm to 7:45am, Mon-Fri)
Follow company Sanitation standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning equipment and facility
Trained on standard operating procedures and master cleaning schedule/checklist
Work with maintenance team to align cleaning schedule with equipment work

Responsibilities

Ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned using approved cleaning and sanitizing processes
Completely clean and sanitize processing and production equipment and plant areas to meet sanitation standards efficiently during short periods between production shifts
Provide oversight and involvement in cleaning and sanitization processes for food processing equipment and facilities
Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces, and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures
Perform pre-inspection of clean equipment before requesting supervision
