Requirements
- Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or hands-on assembly role
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and basic manufacturing safety practices
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- RV or van conversion experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform daily production tasks including assembly, installation, and basic inspection of parts
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Accurately follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow improvements
- Record basic production data and communicate issues as they arise
- Participate in training and learn new processes as needed
