2–4 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or hands-on assembly role

RV or van conversion experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform daily production tasks including assembly, installation, and basic inspection of parts
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Accurately follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow improvements
Record basic production data and communicate issues as they arise
Participate in training and learn new processes as needed
