Requirements

1+ years of previous professional Production Assistant experience or equivalent work experience
Interest in production and an eagerness to learn about the industry
Highly self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
An openness to and a great attitude about receiving feedback
Ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities

Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the office, kitchen, conference rooms, and storage areas; assist with minor repairs and maintenance projects
Support the Production team on set by preparing lights, cameras, props, and equipment, and providing basic technical assistance such as running teleprompters, focusing cameras, and managing on-set documentation
Coordinate craft services, meals, and travel or lodging arrangements for the Production crew as needed
Assist with media management by pulling and clipping media for playback, archiving podcast episodes, logging metadata, and supporting editors, technicians, and engineers in testing new production gear
Manage logistics and run off-site errands to ensure smooth daily operations for the Production team
