Requirements

Experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment
Experience with PLC troubleshooting, industrial and motor controls (a plus but not required)
Comfortable with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending, and twisting; lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in an off-shift position with rotating shifts that will require overtime including weekends

Responsibilities

Own and follow Safety policies and procedures
Complete training from positions of Production Associate to Assembly Mechanic
Perform daily job duties as Maintainer role in Production, including Quality checks and unplanned breakdown repair if required
Perform preventative maintenance as required (on a monthly basis)
Perform various manual or mechanical production functions by operating, adjusting, and repairing the equipment
Conduct inspection of in-process and finished products and adhere to quality standards
Jointly responsible for required operating data such as production figures, machine performance, efficiencies, maintenance, quality/spoilage
Record keeping of job tasks on paper and in computer system
Supply and maintain required hand tools (within 3-month time frame)
Perform clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties
Record keeping of tasks in an off-shift position with rotating shifts that will require overtime including weekends
