Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Graduate degree, with technical experience strongly desired. They must demonstrate good time management and priority setting skills, effective teamwork skills, the ability to work under pressure and handle complexity, proficient English and oral communication skills, and be organized, able to multitask, and work in all areas as needed. Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, and experience with travel distribution/reservation systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus) are also required, along with familiarity with ITIL, XML, SQL, and API Programming, and experience using Salesforce CRM tool.

Responsibilities

The Product Support Analyst I will provide customer service through various channels including telephone, email, chat, and callbacks, ensuring delivery of objectives and client expectations are met according to contractual obligations. They will work with various departments to meet maintenance services and sales goals, understand equipment failures, conduct technical training courses for customers and employees, interact with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for courses, and provide post-sale technical support services including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of products and services. Additionally, they will support Radixx customers and contribute to overall customer support functions.
