Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced degree, CFA, or progress towards is a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience. Experience with managed account and/or advisory platforms preferred
  • Understanding of investment products, including SMAs, model portfolios, mutual funds, and ETFs
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation formats
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel required

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of product and partner initiatives
  • Develop subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders on product and platform related inquiries
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions to maintain project timelines, budgets, and objectives
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders including investment, operations, technology, sales, and legal organizations to ensure successful delivery of new products and platform enhancements
  • Organize and lead cross-functional team meetings with clear agendas, pre-work, and document decisions and actions
  • Ensure effective communication and accountability across all stakeholders
  • Serve as key contact for partner firms supporting SMA and model offerings
  • Assist with due diligence processes for new and existing partnerships
  • Coordinate across teams to resolve issues and support partner requests, including preparing ad hoc analyses and reports
  • Collaborate with marketing and reporting teams to ensure consistent product positioning across platform materials
  • Develop and coordinate agendas and materials for partner events and training sessions
  • Communicate updates on key initiatives and upcoming events
  • Conduct research on market and industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Analyze and synthesize competitive data to provide data-driven insights that inform product strategy and positioning
