Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced degree, CFA, or progress towards is a plus)
Minimum 1 year of related work experience. Experience with managed account and/or advisory platforms preferred
Understanding of investment products, including SMAs, model portfolios, mutual funds, and ETFs
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation formats
Strong organizational, analytical, and project-management skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel required

Responsibilities

Support the planning, development, and execution of product and partner initiatives
Develop subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders on product and platform related inquiries
Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
Proactively identify and escalate potential issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions to maintain project timelines, budgets, and objectives
Partner with key internal stakeholders including investment, operations, technology, sales, and legal organizations to ensure successful delivery of new products and platform enhancements
Organize and lead cross-functional team meetings with clear agendas, pre-work, and document decisions and actions
Ensure effective communication and accountability across all stakeholders
Serve as key contact for partner firms supporting SMA and model offerings
Assist with due diligence processes for new and existing partnerships
Coordinate across teams to resolve issues and support partner requests, including preparing ad hoc analyses and reports
Collaborate with marketing and reporting teams to ensure consistent product positioning across platform materials
Develop and coordinate agendas and materials for partner events and training sessions
Communicate updates on key initiatives and upcoming events
Conduct research on market and industry trends, and competitor offerings
Analyze and synthesize competitive data to provide data-driven insights that inform product strategy and positioning
