Strong thinking/analytical skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment

Work on key brands from Day 1, with growing responsibility and ownership over time
Work on impactful projects focusing on forecast consumption, cost analysis and optimization, among others
Examples of assignments: Identify cost savings opportunities on customization spend for business unit/category; Design supply chain network for category products (e.g., from Japan to APAC) to reduce lead time; Automate report generation and inventory analysis to drive productivity improvement and inventory reduction
