  • Understanding of country's regulations on CRRT Machines
  • Ability to prepare training materials for internal and external training
  • Capability to engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for product induction

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through product enlisting, assigned sales targets, and E-bidding
  • Support key customers with clinical and product information, demonstrations, presentations
  • Manage customers on handling MultifiltratePRO and consumable products
  • Engage KOLs to induce FME product
  • Prepare training material for internal and external training, booth exhibitions, and workshops
  • Always update on country’s regulations on CRRT Machines
  • Monitor cases and/or be on call for customers’ requests
  • Formulate product demonstration plan in conjunction with CRRT team leader
  • Arrange in-market workshops and product demonstrations in physician conferences
  • Regularly visit key customers
  • Report activities (EDGE, Weekly field report, Monthly report)
  • Report on patient cases/marketing activities of FME’s competitors, conduct market survey, and evaluate new products as assigned by CRRT leader
  • Report the use, damage, or loss of company demo materials/instruments
  • Report competitors’ activities and information
