Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct user research across multiple stages of the product development cycle using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights that help teams understand user needs and guide both tactical and ongoing product decisions
  • Contribute to defining a research plan that aligns with product goals such as activation, adoption, and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product, Design, Customer Success, and Marketing to surface insights that inform product improvements and go-to-market considerations
  • Work closely with Data Science to shape research questions, validate findings, and connect qualitative insights with behavioral metrics
