Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, proposition management, or a similar role, within FinTech, financial services, or digital identity solutions
  • Knowledge of digital onboarding processes, KYC, AML, and identity verification solutions
  • Experience developing and launching successful digital products in B2B environments
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills
  • Technical skills to perform assessments / POCs
  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital onboarding products and propositions, from market analysis and product design through to go-to-market strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify new trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation across assigned geographies (Italy, the Balkans, and France)
  • Define and prioritize product requirements with Experian's strategy, regulatory frameworks, and client needs
  • Work with technology, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption
  • Support pre-sales activities, including client presentations and expertise plans
  • Develop clear product positioning, pricing models, and value propositions tailored to the Italian, Balkan, and French financial services ecosystems
  • Monitor product performance and client satisfaction, recommending improvements and enhancements to maximize growth
  • Evaluate, negotiate, contract, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Experian's digital onboarding propositions, ensuring seamless integration of partner solutions into our offering
  • Represent Experian in industry forums, events, and with important partners to promote our expertise in digital onboarding and identity verification
