Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Banking, Engineering, or Business Administration; advanced degrees are an asset
  • 10+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or product management within financial services, branch automation, teller systems, or large-scale enterprise software platforms
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-grade products with complex integrations, multi-module architectures, and cross-product dependencies (branch systems, digital channels, core banking, CRM)
  • Prior involvement in large-scale banking implementations, including rollout planning, version upgrades, migration programs, and multi-branch deployment cycles
  • Solid knowledge of .NET Framework, software architecture fundamentals, API design patterns, and enterprise integration practices
  • Hands-on understanding of Azure services (AppService, Azure SQL, Event Hub, Key Vault, API Management), cloud

Responsibilities

  • Communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for VeriBranch, ensuring alignment with branch-banking priorities, operational efficiency goals, regulatory expectations, commercial objectives, and competitive positioning
  • Drive the Branch UX Modernization agenda, ensuring teller screens provide modern workflows, dual-monitor support, accessibility compliance, rapid navigation, and performance improvements that directly impact teller efficiency
  • Own, prioritize, and regularly update the product backlog, focusing on high-value branch automation features and modules (e.g., account services, cash operations, teller workflows, approvals, audit & reconciliation), and adjust priorities as business needs evolve
  • Manage the Migration & Version Upgrade Roadmap for VeriBranch ensuring seamless adoption across banks while maintaining backward compatibility and minimizing operational disruption
  • Convert business, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria tailored for development, QE, and integration teams
  • Ensure clarity of ownership across product teams and align delivery milestones with strategic roadmap objectives
  • Own and govern integration standards, especially for core-driven transactional flows
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all integrations across: Core banking APIs and orchestration patterns, Cash recycler, cash dispenser, cheque scanner, and peripheral device lifecycles
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to enforce API versioning, error handling, resilience patterns, and performance benchmarks
  • Monitor VeriBranch product performance using analytics and KPIs (transaction throughput, teller efficiency, audit exceptions, adoption, customer satisfaction), and drive continuous improvement based on feedback, operational insights, and industry benchmarks
  • Oversee security, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous enhancement for operational resilience
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, delivery teams, operations units, compliance, and banking clients) to gather feedback, communicate changes in priorities, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment across all parties
  • Drive Client Success alignment, including: Developing adoption playbooks and implementation guidelines, Defining rollout strategies for new branch modules, Coordinating training materials, user guides, and demo scenarios
  • Represent product in demos, conferences, workshops, and strategic meetings
