Responsibilities

  • Atuar como PO de uma squad multidisciplinar com foco fim a fim na jornada de crédito (cartão ou empréstimo), desde a simulação até a aprovação
  • Desdobrar a estratégia do produto em backlog priorizado, alinhado aos objetivos de negócio e às necessidades dos usuários
  • Trabalhar em parceria com áreas como Marketing, CRM, Growth, Tecnologia, Design e Parceiros para garantir entregas de valor
  • Conduzir cerimônias ágeis (planning, refinamento, review e retrospectiva) e participar de fóruns estratégicos
  • Monitorar e analisar métricas de negócio e produto para identificar oportunidades de evolução contínua
  • Liderar iniciativas de Go To Market, incluindo estratégias de CRM, performance e comunicação multicanal (mídia paga, orgânica, e-mail, push, redes sociais)
  • Garantir fluxos de simulação/aprovação otimizados
  • Conduzir discoverys e experimentos (A/B tests) para validar hipóteses e melhorar a experiência do usuário
  • Atuar na entrada e integração de novos parceiros, acompanhando performance e garantindo a sua evolução
