Minimum 3 year(s) of experience (Product Owner); minimum 12-15 years of experience (Discrete/Plant Simulation Architect)
15 years full time education; BTech/BE - Mechanical, Industrial engineer
Must have skills: Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation (Product Owner); Simulation Modeling, Object oriented programming language Statistical analysis - C, C++, MS Excel VBA, Unity, Unreal Engine, Omniverse, VBS or similar 3D engine expertise, Experience with cutting-edge XR devices such as Varjo XR-4, Apple Vision Pro, Experience with 3D workflows such as CAD modeling, 3D modeling, Knowledge of several programming languages (C++, Java, Python), Knowledge of distributed simulation standards / protocols (HLA, DIS, C2SIM), Strong written communication, oral and interpersonal skills, Demonstrated ability to handle customers and deliver results when working in cross-functional teams, Strong knowledge in shop floor and discrete industry experience - automotive, consumer goods etc. (Discrete/Plant Simulation Architect)
Good to have skills: NA (Product Owner); Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language, Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation (Discrete/Plant Simulation Architect)
Technical Experience: Experience in creating material flow simulation, Throughput simulation, Bottleneck analysis, Resource optimization, Inventory reduction and optimization; Simulation Models Discrete Event Simulation software for modeling and simulation - Tecnomatix/Siemens Plant Simulation V11, Anylogic or Flex Sim
Industry Experience/Knowledge of Automotive, Consumer, Retail Industry, Plant and production system knowledge
Strong techno functional domain expertise

Responsibilities

Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach (Product Owner)
Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants (Product Owner)
Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes (Product Owner)
Lead the development of simulation models on Plant/production, logistic or warehouse systems processes (Discrete/Plant Simulation Architect)
Perform What-If scenario and do analysis to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and provide solutions to improve current plant performance and validate future states/scenarios (Discrete/Plant Simulation Architect)
Pioneering with the latest technology innovations and learning constantly by investigating next tech in horizon (Discrete/Plant Simulation Architect)
Utilize modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams (Discrete/Plant Simulation Architect)
Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale (Discrete/Plant Simulation Architect)
