Requirements

5 to 7.5 years of experience
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Ability to understand technical documentation
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MIRO, Figma etc
Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences including Product commercial and technology stakeholders
Pragmatic delivery-oriented mindset with vision, drive and diplomacy to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and multiple stakeholders
Ability to influence others without direct authority
Previous experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role
Extensive experience of scaled agile software delivery lifecycle
Nice to have: Familiarity with technical tools (e.g. Postman, SQL)
Nice to have: Understanding of system domains

Responsibilities

Owning and prioritizing Squad’s backlog in alignment with product management and strategic goals
Leading technical analysis including scoping, refinement and transition of features into development ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Leading agile ceremonies including planning and reviews
Contributing to agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and retrospectives
Collaborating with Engineers and QA to ensure high quality feature delivery
Facilitating product and technical discussions and acting as the point of contact for queries
Working within the agile and sky frameworks and contributing to the squared process hygiene
Identifying opportunities for technical optimization
Ensuring alignment through dependency tracking and cross team coordination
Communicating the progress and updates to stakeholders
Analyzing and revising existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary
Preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written
Including analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications
Identifying and assessing probable interactions of related computer systems and predicting impact of a change in assigned system
Reviewing proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data and preparing project overview which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel etc.; recommending course of action
Functioning as a liaison between the client, community and internal IT and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems
Ensuring data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations
Supporting the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet requirements
