Background as a team lead (Product Manager, Head of...) to understand strategic challenges

Responsibilities

Facilitate collaboration between product teams, developers, designers, and business teams
Identify, analyze, and prioritize product team needs in processes, tools, collaboration, and culture
Organize workshops, communities of practice, and rituals to stimulate learning and continuous improvement in product teams
Manage resources and budgets for product team tools and initiatives
Supervise and optimize the product workflow from initiative framing (discovery) to delivery
Establish and maintain tools, systems, and practices for team efficiency and velocity (e.g., roadmap piloting, user feedback management, product documentation)
Ensure implementation and adherence to product practices and standards for work consistency
Regularly measure your impact
Actively participate in the internal Product Ops tribe at Thiga
Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of Product Managers
Promote product culture and the Product Ops role within the company
Set up and track KPIs to measure impact of product initiatives and process efficiency
