Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Alternatively, 2+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Or, 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Bachelor's degree in business, product operations, or other quantitative discipline (Preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in product operations, go-to-market operations, consulting, or related field (Preferred)
  • Prior experience supporting a fast-paced Product organization and driving complex go-to-market initiatives end-to-end (Preferred)
  • Prior experience leading client feedback forums, focus groups, or client council workshops (Preferred)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Managers in capturing client input by implementing robust frameworks and facilitating cross-functional feedback processes
  • Formalize pilot feedback processes, track conversion metrics, and support continuous feedback loops with Commercial teams
  • Serve as a strategic bridge between Product and client-facing teams, sharing customer feedback with Product Leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consensus on target audiences for feedback collection and analyze findings
  • Synthesize market research insights into structured recommendations for Product Managers
  • Foster consistent communication between Product Marketing and regional partners to align product messaging with customer needs
  • Audit current client communications to identify process gaps and ensure collateral is accurate
  • Analyze findings and connect them with client feedback and market research to deliver structured reporting to Product Managers
  • Provide ad-hoc operational GTM support during product launches
