Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Proactively own and improve product operational activities, consistently seeking opportunities for automation and efficiency; drive initiatives from concept to completion with urgency and accountability
  • Initiate and lead conversations across product, technology, client services, and other teams to align operational processes with organizational objectives; confidently present recommendations and findings to VP-level and executive stakeholders
  • Relentlessly pursue opportunities to design, automate, optimize, and implement processes that enhance operational effectiveness, including incident management, release management, documentation, and billing operations, with a strong emphasis on increasing product team productivity
  • Maintain high standards of documentation for operational processes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for all stakeholders
  • Drive and maintain key operational metrics, leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions
  • Evaluate, enhance, and implement tools and solutions using Microsoft AI capabilities, including Copilot and AI Agent development, to support operational activities and drive efficiency and innovation
  • Embrace a culture of continuous learning and improvement by encouraging innovation and staying abreast of industry best practices
