Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Manager, Product Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and beta testing, aligning with business objectives, target markets, and customer needs
  • Partner with Senior Manager, Product Marketing to define and refine positioning and messaging for Vidyard’s products, articulating value proposition, key benefits, and differentiators
  • Conduct market research including willingness to pay, product-market fit, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategies
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure customer needs are reflected in the product roadmap and go-to-market plans
  • Own creation of sales enablement materials (e.g., product guides, sales presentations, battle cards, training content) in partnership with Sales Enablement team
  • Partner with demand generation team to develop campaigns driving lead generation and prospect nurturing
  • Work with Partner team to ensure cohesive partner storytelling aligned with brand narrative and strategic goals
  • Own and manage the customer marketing newsletter, covering product updates, customer success stories, and new launches
  • Lead quarterly business readouts using win-loss analysis and internal data to provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, prospects, and sales team to optimize messaging and go-to-market strategies
  • Participate in regular sales training sessions and enablement workshops to equip sales team with product info and competitive insights
  • Co-own Tier 1 and Tier 2 go-to-market launch plans, customer marketing newsletter, and quarterly business readouts with Senior Manager, Product Marketing
  • Bring insights and recommendations to leadership to deliver product messaging, drive adoption, and support cross-functional initiatives
