Our Role: We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on Ada’s competitive landscape, helping to position us as the leading AI customer service platform. You’ll drive the development of competitive insights, battlecards, and strategic recommendations to support our sales, marketing, and product teams. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of market research, technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and help Ada stay ahead in a fast-evolving market.
