Our Role: We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on Ada’s competitive landscape, helping to position us as the leading AI customer service platform. You’ll drive the development of competitive insights, battlecards, and strategic recommendations to support our sales, marketing, and product teams. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of market research, technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and help Ada stay ahead in a fast-evolving market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or solutions consulting in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights.
  • Proven track record of developing competitive intelligence programs and resources that influence GTM strategies.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to read technical documentation, demo competing products, and extract technical differentiators to identify opportunities for Ada.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of AI and customer service technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead competitive intelligence: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ada’s competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Develop competitive insights, battlecards, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support sales, marketing, and product teams with competitive intelligence resources.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including product launches, pricing changes, and marketing campaigns.
  • Present competitive intelligence findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
