Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in product or growth marketing in a digital-first environment (e-commerce, ride-hailing, food delivery, fintech, super-apps)
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products (either B2C or B2B2C)
  • Strong understanding of user journey, growth funnel
  • Strong background in digital-first companies (e.g., Sazz, Careem, Foodpanda, fintechs or super-apps)
  • Experience launching, positioning, and scaling consumer-facing digital products in competitive markets
  • Ability to connect product, marketing, and consumer needs
  • Client-facing experience working with global clients to launch and scale new products

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product marketing for key non-telco global products as part of a regional team
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts
  • Define compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to different customer segments
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to bring campaigns to life
  • Be a thought partner for global clients where non-telco products are launching and ensure GTM success
  • Develop and manage PMM briefs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling product value propositions
  • Bridge product development and market adoption
  • Own go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging by layering strong consumer insights
  • Work closely with product managers, sales team, brand, growth, and creative teams to make the product stand out, achieve strong adoption and retention
