Responsibilities

  • Support user research to better understand target audiences
  • Contribute to the creation of personas and competitive analysis
  • Help define value propositions and product positioning
  • Participate in testing product concepts and collecting feedback
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing assets and ensure consistency across channels (web, social media, CRM, brand, etc.)
  • Support sales & marketing teams with the right tools and materials
  • Produce weekly sales and installation reports
  • Build dashboards and monitor performance using tools like Metabase
  • Analyze feedback from users and sales teams to refine strategies
  • Learn how to craft compelling product narratives and value-driven messaging
  • Support the creation of impactful presentations and communication frameworks
  • Contribute to storytelling across touchpoints to drive product adoption
